10wi Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 10wi ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 10wi website, mobile application and all associated services.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 10wi, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of whether you access it via the website or the Android app.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 10wi.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 10wi platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 10wi may request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot confirm your age, your account will be suspended until verification is provided.

2.2 Registration Information

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on 10wi. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that user will be closed and balances will be reviewed in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures.

2.4 Account Approval

10wi reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 10wi will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Activity on Your Account

All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. Any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested from your account are considered authorised unless you report otherwise. 10wi is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

10wi reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or conduct that causes harm to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any funds credited through fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

10wi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion is applied by the platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast typically reflect in your account balance within a few seconds of being confirmed by your payment provider. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the institution and time of day. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or the verified method on your account. Processing times vary: mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster, while bank transfers may take one to two business days. Before your first withdrawal, 10wi may require identity verification to confirm that funds are being released to the correct account holder.

4.4 Fees

10wi does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own standard charges. These are outside 10wi's control and are not displayed in the platform.

4.5 Funds Belong to the User

Your account balance represents real money that you have deposited. It can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements and the conditions of any active bonus. 10wi does not use customer funds for any operational purpose.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. A bet is considered placed when it appears in your betting history with a confirmed status. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming a wager. Mistakes made by the user in selecting markets, outcomes or stake amounts cannot be reversed after confirmation.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are displayed in real time and may change before a bet is placed. The odds that apply to your bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the platform. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and 10wi does not guarantee the same odds will be available for any specific duration.

5.3 Results and Settlements

Winning bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event or the outcome generated by the certified game RNG for casino and slot games. Results are determined by sources independent of 10wi. The platform does not alter game outcomes or event results. In the event of a dispute about settlement, the decision of 10wi's settlements team is final.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being offered, or where 10wi determines that a market was offered in error. Void bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.

5.5 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Cricket markets — including PSL, T20I and ODI matches — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, markets will be settled according to 10wi's cricket-specific rules, which are available in the sport betting rules section of the platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers on 10wi are available to eligible users as defined in the specific terms published with each promotion. General eligibility requirements include having a verified account in good standing and not having previously claimed the same promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be bet before the bonus or any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any minimum odds conditions are stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your account balance.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

10wi reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a promotion is being abused — including through multiple account creation, coordinated betting patterns or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional terms. Users found abusing promotions may have their accounts suspended.

6.4 Changes to Promotions

10wi reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, users who have already opted in will generally be allowed to complete any active wagering requirement under the original terms unless the promotion was withdrawn due to a technical error or abuse.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10wi. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches or miscalculated odds
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorisation
• Using the platform while self-excluded or under an account restriction
• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age

8 Responsible Gaming

10wi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered users from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts about the duration of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amount wagered.

9 Privacy and Data

10wi collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy. Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with applicable regulations and provide the platform services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification services only where necessary to provide the services you have requested. 10 Limitation of Liability

10wi provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wi's liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time of the relevant event. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, delayed settlements or incorrect information provided by the user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Changes to These Terms

10wi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after an update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
